White Sox vs. Twins

Here's Peter (PCG) He kinda got this whole dealie set up. Thanks Peter.

He we are... I was riding with BDF [driving] Jonathan, and Joel.. we had to stop to get gas... and drove forever before finding a station... then made it back to the highwasy [finally], then the exit we were supposed to take was blocked off.. so finally we made it to this small alley, and got stuck with everyone else from Chicago in this handy traffic jam.

He we are.. still stuck.

We made it to the parking lot, which was being run by evil, angry people. This woman here.. she was evil, and angry.

This girl wasn't so evil.

And here we have the stadium. (This image was later used, [in conjunction with Joel's picture] to find where the hell we parked.)

I was really craving nachos, and this stand was like heaven to me... then the beer guy just came right by, so I didn't even have to get out of line. What a country.

Here's a shot at us sitting in our [good] seats. One of my goals was to capture BCP in less than flattering situations.. You'll have to judge for yourself how successful I was with that.

Here's a fine shot of Brian (BCP). I bet he'll be happy to see this one online.

Here we have the game. Our seats were good, and in the top of the first there was a foul ball about 4 rows in front of us, and one setion to the right. We were impressed.

Here's the Jumbo-Tron. It is large... and was NOT used to show replays. Um.... Why not!?!

Here's me and Joel.. Notice how that lady in the back seems to be copying Joel? I think that's funny.

I like baseball.

Here's the outfield. It's a fairly nice ballpark.. Though Peter and I kinda agreed that it lacked character.

Frank Thomas pops out to the Shortstop.

He appears almost upset in this one, doesn't he? I think it's more surprise, mixed with soft pretzel.

Here's a look around the stadium.

So there was a close play at first, and the manager came out to complain.... only he didn't really complain.. He got out there, and looked around, then went back. I think he sucks.

This guy.. was funny. he was the lemon chill dude. And rather than the traditional "LEeeeeeeeeeeeemon FreEEEEEEZE!" type yelling most people would do, he came around saying "Hey, you should let me sell you a lemon freeze", "Wouldn't you like to by a Lemon freeze from me?", "I feel ridiculous holding this thing, won't you please buy this from me?" It was funny.. Almost like Adam Sandler doing his "Won't you please Gimme some candy!?" So, finally I decided to buy one.. only he never came by us anymore... So here he was in a row over, and I yelled "Hey! Freeze guy!" and he didn't look over, and the lady a row over laughed at me. Then he came down the row on the other side, and I yelled "FREEZE DUDE!" and he looked over, and I got myself a lemon freeze, and all was right with the world.

Here is the scoreboard. As you can see, the Cubs are up 4-3, and the Indians are up 6-5. A split second after this picture was taken, the Indians were down 8-6. I was not pleased.

And here you see the Cubs are down 8-4, and the Tribe is down 8-7. I spent the majority of the next hour and a half staring at this screen, and it never $#*$!(^#(@ changed! I assumed the Cubs were having the greatest half inning in baseball history, and guessed the score to be around 24-8. I saw no reason to believe otherwise. The rest of the guys found it necessary to persecute me.

Oh yeah, the Sox totally lost, and no one cares, because the Sox suck.

Good bye, corporate sellout stadium #25.

yeah.. still no change on that cubs game. but the Indians gave up another run. Stupid Baseball.

After getting lost for a while (Peter told us to go the wrong way) we found the car.

On the ride home, there was a limo filled with idiots that would constantly stand up through the sunroof, and just kinda hang out. You can barely see them in this shot, but the leftmost arrow on the sign is pointing right at them.

And here we are, passing them.. yeah, they're just kinda standing up there.. and continued to do so when the limo was going about 70+ mph. I think they were idiots.
