Cubs vs. Padres [Doubleheader]

Sarah! We stopped by Lucas and Sarah's place to grab a pair of tickets, and say hi. They'd be going to the game as well.... right behind the plate.

We made it! Here's Wrigley, and here's where we're sitting. Not too shabby.

It was a cold day at the park. Here you can see people starting to fill in the stands.

And here we are with the Field behind us. Mark VA said it would be a better shot.. and he was right.

Mark is happy to be at a baseball game... and happy to sit by me. Jplant appears jealous of Mark's closeness to me.

Wood proceeded to give up a home run to the first batter.

It was very, very, very cold at the game. You can see Mary bundled up.

As the shadow moved across the field, the crowd seemed to move with the sun.

We're already losing by quite a bit.

And we ended up losing 8-3.. but the next game we won 8-3!

Afterwards, I was to drive BDF's jeep back.. and I got hit by this lady in a red car (who then took off). You can see some paint scrapes on the fender and door, and a section broken off of the wheel.

On my desk there is the accident report that I had to fill out and send in. How very exciting!.. wait, no.. It just sucked.

But on the bright side, I got a new sexy monitor! S-E-X-X-Y!

Yeah, it's nice. DVI is lovely.
