Apachecon Day 6

This is actually exactly how I remember it. We got up around 5, and had to be in the lobby by 6. 6 is early. 5 is ungodly early.

Here's my seat on the plane in Vegas. Another wing seat. Mountains off in teh distance. It's sunny and warm.

The mountains still looked really good to me. Michigan could use a few of them.

Mountains... and palm trees.

Some last departing shots of the Strip.

Not quite as jazzy in the daytime, I don't think.

So there you have it. Bye Bye Vegas.

We flew over a bunch of mountains, all of which were too dark to see on the flight in. So I snapped off a few shots while were were leaving.

More mountains.

Yea.. I like mountains. Deal with it.

At this point, I think I'm just snapping away in the hopes that at least one of the shots turns out non-blurry.

This river looked really good in the sunlight surrounded by hills and mountains.

I had finished the Harry Potter book, so I was going to read this. How far did I get? "Candide, by Voltaire." Yup, That's it.

Here's some snowcapped mountains, for something different.

Everything just looked amazing.

Thus me taking a ton of pictures.

Here we are getting set to land in Detroit, and much to my dismay, there's a ton of snow everywhere.

If you didn't know, snow sucks.

I'm assuming this is a Nuclear Power plant.
